Gail Lozoff

Gail Lozoff is a Kansas City restaurant entrepreneur and marketer who has been actively involved on the Jewish Family Services Board for two years. She is a Kansas City native who began Bagel & Bagel, a local restaurant chain in 1988 with her husband and in-laws. The company grew to 9 locations and was merged with other regional bagel chains in 1995 to form Einstein Bros Bagels. In 1996, Gail moved to Boulder, Colorado, where she was Chief Marketing Officer for the Einstein Noah Bagel Corporation. She left the company in 2001 to join Houlihan’s Restaurants, Inc., as Chief Marketing Officer. In 2005, she began SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza in Overland Park. Gail has served on the Boards of Congregation Beth Torah, Harvesters, and Young Audiences of Kansas City. She resides in midtown Kansas City with her husband, Dr. Richard Lozoff, a gastroenterologist.
