Jewish Family Services
Jewish Family Services of Greater Kansas City is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that relies on various philanthropic agencies for the bulk of its funding support and is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions.

Tribute Donations
A unique way to celebrate a family member or a friend's special event, or to remember loved ones. Gifts of this kind are welcome at any time of the year in any amount. Please provide the name of the person you are memorializing or honoring, their contact address (for honorary gifts) or their family's contat address (for memorials).
In-kind or Material Donations
Your gifts of time or goods to JFS enables us to provide items to individuals, families and seniors during a time of crisis or need, however due to the absence of storage space we can only accept a very limited amount of donated items. Gift cards to grocery stores, drug stores and gas stations are a great way to assist our clients.
Annual Friends Campaign
JFS depends upon donor support for programming and administrative functions. Money generated from the Annual Friends Campaign is unrestricted to ensure that all of our programs and the infrastructure that supports them, are funded. A mailing goes out every November.

Anniversary Celebration
The 2007 Anniversary Dinner was a huge success with over 400 guests in attendance to honor Maria Devinki and Rabbi Alan and Linda Cohen and enjoy our silent auction and the keynote speaker, Kathleen Kennedy Townsend.

Matching Gifts
If your contribution qualifies for a corporate matching gift from your employer, you can obtain a Matching Gift Form from the company's Personnel Office and forward it ot Jewish Family Services. This option makes your gift give even more.
United Way Donations
You can contribute to Jewish Family Services of Greater Kansas City by donating through the United Way, whether by a one-time gift or a recurring payroll deduction. Be sure to note our Agency code #435.
Donate your Stocks
Donating stocks may provide you with additional tax advantages while supporting JFS (please see your tax advisor for details).
